ARBOR DAY CONTEST

This years theme is: TREES ARE TERRIFIC....... Inside and Out
Posters are due into Iqra by March 18, 2008
General Rules:

Originality: Poster must be original. No copyrighted cartoon characters, TV figures or Photos.

Presentation: Posters need to be on poster paper or drawing paper. No matted or framed.

Posters must be flat with no 3-D (dimensional) objects glued on poster.

Size: Posters must be 8 ½ ?x 11? and no larger than 14? x 18?. Nothing else will be accepted.

Medium: Poster may be drawn in marker, crayon, colored pencils, watercolor, ink, acrylic or tempera paint..HINT: SOLID BRIGHT COLORS IS THE BEST TO USE !!!

Theme: Must include ?Trees are Terrific.....Inside and Out?! In the poster design. The theme must be free drawn and spelled correctly.

Stencils, clipart and press-on letters not accepted.

Signature: Your poster MUST be signed in the lower right hand corner with you first and last name.

Mailing: Poster will not be returned.

Eligibility: All students Kindergarten through Third are eligible to enter.
